Vision 120 is a mandate God gave Pastor Knight one day while reading the book of Acts. In Acts, after Christ had ascended, the Scripture records that there were 120 believers gathered together in prayer seeking the will of God and waiting on the promise of the Father to manifest. This promise we know according to Acts 2 was the Holy Spirit when He filled all 120 believers on the day of Pentecost. From that Pentecostal experience, those 120 went out into the city led by the Apostle Peter and preached the good news. From that good news, God added to the church 3,000 believers because of the 120.
In essence, what God was showing Pastor Knight was that He was going to bring 120 committed believers into the iBelieve church and from there God would give 3,000 more. Today, in a little over a year, God has given us 120 and we are now on our way to Vision 3000.
